When you register and use DHM Radar, we collect:

• Account information: Name, email address, password (encrypted)
• Trading journal data: Trades, positions, and P&L you manually enter — this data is completely private and accessible ONLY by you. No admin, staff, or third party can view your trading journal data.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, login timestamps
• Payment information: Processed securely by Tap Payments — we do not store card details
• Telegram ID: Only if you connect your Telegram account

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Platform
• To personalize your trading experience
• To send subscription-related emails (renewal reminders, receipts)
• To provide AI-powered trading insights (analyzed locally, not shared)
• To ensure platform security and prevent fraud

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party
• We do NOT share your trading data with other users
• Your trading journal is completely private — even platform administrators cannot access your personal trade history
• We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes
• We do NOT access your brokerage accounts
• We do NOT store your payment card details

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/SSL encryption
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Database stored on secure, private servers
• Regular security audits and backups

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Alpaca Markets: Real-time market data and news (alpaca.markets)
• Google OAuth: Optional login via Google account (google.com)
• Tap Payments: Payment processing (tap.company)
• Telegram: Optional channel access for subscribers (telegram.org)
• TradingView: Market scanning data (tradingview.com)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your trading journal data
• Opt-out of non-essential emails

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
